For professionals

You work in a school, day care, youth welfare, counselling or a medical practice and would like to point a child, young person or family to the practice? Here are the essentials.

Access without referral

Children and adolescents with statutory health insurance can come to the initial psychotherapeutic consultation without a referral. The family gets in touch directly by phone or via the contact form.

If no place is available here, the appointment service on 116 117 arranges an initial consultation, though not necessarily at this practice.

For doctors

Before therapy starts, a medical report (Konsiliarbericht) is needed to rule out physical causes, for example from the paediatric or family doctor’s practice.

Please send findings and doctor’s letters via KIM or fax, not by unencrypted email or the contact form.

Confidentiality and release

I am bound by statutory confidentiality, including towards schools, day care and the youth welfare office. Without consent I cannot even confirm whether someone is in treatment.

An exchange is possible if the legal guardians release me from confidentiality in writing, and depending on age the young person as well. The release can be withdrawn at any time. Statutory exceptions, for example in child protection, remain unaffected.

Working together

With the family’s consent I am happy to coordinate with schools, day care, youth welfare and treating doctors, for example in a joint meeting.

Therapy is available in German and Persian.
